Bronze NFT Requirements:

Important:

As of April 1st 2022, Bronze NFTs will enable access to “SEED” opportunities as part of the Launchpool Labs incubator.
The Launchpool Labs Bronze NFT is a lifetime NFT that lives in your Metamask wallet (currently on BSC network, other networks TBA). You cannot sell, rent out, or transfer your Bronze NFT. Doing so will result in a ban from the Launchpool system.
Bronze NFTs cannot be purchased by third parties, they are solely earned by the Community [qualified prior to March 28th 2022] or purchased via the NFT Dashboard

GOLD NFT requirements:

Gold NFTs Bring Golden Opportunities To LPOOLers

Requirements:

a. Participation and Funding in a minimum of 20 AMEs (prior to March 28th 2022) on Launchpool’s pre-IDO launchpad.

b. Full KYC.

c. PuPs or Super PuPs not included.

Important:

As of April 1st 2022, GOLD NFTs will enable access to “PRE-SEED” opportunities as part of the Launchpool Labs incubator.
As a Gold NFT owner, participation in the pre-seed allocation of a project automatically whitelists your wallet, which becomes eligible to mint an NFT at a premium price in that particular metaverse/gaming project.
The Launchpool Labs Gold NFT is a lifetime NFT that lives in your Metamask wallet (currently on BSC network, other networks TBA). You cannot sell, rent out, or transfer your Gold NFT. Doing so will result in a ban from the Launchpool system.

What is Launchpool Labs?

Launchpool Labs is a chain agnostic incubator for teams, builders, universities, & developer hubs, where teams can build MVP (minimum viable product) and MVC (minimum viable community).

For the Launchpool community and longtime $LPOOL token holders, it is the first community-centric blockchain incubator that empowers everyone to be their own VC, co-build with the incubated projects, and invest early on (even before pre-IDO). Access to investment opportunities is granted by a 2-tier NFT system, that acts as virtual membership cards which reside in your Metamask wallet.

You will still need to stake $LPOOL in order to mine an allocation, however your NFT card will grant you access to certain investment levels and allocation sizes, with the highest being the Gold NFT level.

NFTs as Access to Exclusive Deals

There are 2 types of NFTs:

Bronze NFT
Gold NFT

Note 1: These NFTs are not for trading on secondary markets. They must be earned by having met the eligibility criteria prior to March 28th 2022, or by direct purchase on our Dashboard. Do not purchase these NFTs from someone else, as they will be deemed not usable in the system.

Note 2: The NFTs only work with wallets that have passed KYC, as these are used to access guaranteed allocation in the incubator. In order to remain regulatory compliant, we cannot distribute NFTs to those that have not KYCed on app.launchpool.xyz

How to Acquire an NFT Card

Both types of NFTs are linked to the Metamask address used in
the KYC verification process and sign-up. Distribution will happen when certain conditions are met.

If you’ve staked into 10 or more of our project fundraisers prior to March 28th 2022, then you qualify for a Bronze NFT and if you’ve staked in 20 or more AMEs prior to March 28th 2022, you qualify for the Gold NFT (PuPs not included in the staking count).

How This Looks

If you’ve staked and funded in 10 or more of our project fundraisers prior to March 28th 2022, then you qualify for a Bronze NFT (PuPs not included).

You get the Gold NFT if you’ve staked and funded in at least 20 projects prior to March 28th 2022.

Type of Pools

There are different types of pools for Labs allocations, as opposed to the Launchpool’s typical AME pools (250, 1000 & Unlimited).

With the NFT system, you get access to the following pools:
1) Unlimited LPOOL pool (ideal for whales)
2) 1000 LPOOL limit pool (ideal for experienced investors)
3) 250 LPOOL limit pool (ideal for small investors)
